Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Programme Start

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the programme start date are eligible for a 90% refund.
10% of the fee is non refundable and covers administrative and registration costs.

Cancellation After Programme Start

Once the programme has commenced, no refund will be issued.
Access to learning materials, class scheduling, and instructor allocation are considered service delivery.

Non Attendance

Non attendance or partial participation does not qualify for a refund.
Missed ssession are non transferable and non refundable.

Payment & Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days.

Refund timelines will follow RBI mandated banking and settlement rules for electronic transactions.
